I've tried a few over-the-counter sleep aids, and they all worked as claimed. I fall asleep in 30 to 45 minutes and get about eight uninterrupted hours of ZZZs. The problem is the following day. Without fail, I feel groggy like I'm moving in slow motion. This inevitable morning after brain fog always makes me think twice about ever retaking them. With my usual skepticism, I decided to try Slumber Sleep Aid, yet another CBD miracle cure, I thought. I noticed on the label right away that the active ingredient in the gummies was CBN, not CBD. I’d never heard of it, so I looked it up. Like CBD, CBN is a non-psychoactive part of the hemp plant that has shown to be a very effective sleep aid. Why not? I had tried a few other hemp-derived products before with varying degrees of success.

As instructed, I took one Slumber’s Sleep Aid Gummy in Vanilla Blueberry 30 minutes before bedtime. The blueberry taste was wonderful, with a little hint of vanilla and no unpleasant aftertaste.
