Kikoko’s aptly named Night Tincture will help you slip into a state of peaceful slumber.

Whether you’re trying to get in the mood for some fun in bed or you just want to get out of your head, the balancing nature of this formula will help facilitate whatever it is you’re looking for. Even those with a high tolerance will find the thoughtful blend of herbal extracts, 2mg
The Night Tincture by Kikoko is not named after a dragon sorcerer who possesses a magic elixir that turns day into night. This oil is much more guileful than that. It’s a tincture with 2mg THC, 5mg CBN and 1mg melatonin that slowly strings you along through your evening like a nymph galloping through an enchanted forest.
“I could feel all the tension I’d been storing up get released as if I was turning a pressure valve.”
This happened to be just the tone I wanted to set for 2021, as I had just recently celebrated New Years, and what I really needed more than anything was a good night’s rest to recover. The taste is as advertised. This is big on rose, and big on chamomile. If you dislike either you may not be a big fan of this combination. The mouthfeel and aroma is pleasing. I took three dropperfuls, and this was more than enough to help me unwind, and ultimately, get a good night’s rest.
The onset was relatively quick for me at around 30 minutes. I felt a rising tide of relaxation that started in my feet and rose gently to my head. I could feel all the tension I’d been storing up get released as if I was turning a pressure valve. This was a slow and subtle progression that can be enjoyed while watching a mindless movie, or while playing some sensory specific video game that you can lose yourself in.
This is a low-THC tincture that doesn’t so much get you high as it makes for a great evening. There is a sense of inner balance that comes from this formula, and it permeated throughout the experience. Something that feels very reassuring. I found that it helped dull the impact of whatever sort of stressors would arise, and it just acted as a really great liquified form of the proverbial chill pill. When you’re trying to put your mind at ease, this is all you could really ask for.
“I had some nagging heel pain that this tincture slowly put out of mind.”
Sometimes you can get a sense of grogginess when taking products with melatonin, but I didn’t experience any such thing the next morning. I was able to rise and shine with the best of ‘em, and logged a solid eight hours of sleep in the process. The Night Tincture by Kikoko does double duty as a low grade analgesic. I had some nagging heel pain that this tincture slowly put out of mind. If you plan on studying for the bar exam or you’re going to handle highly enriched uranium, maybe this won’t be the right tincture for you. This is not the energetic, focusing sort of cannabis oil. The Night Tincture helps you loosen your grip from the mental throttle. Something that’s bound to help you ease into the evening like a pair of silk pajamas.
The side effects were non-existent, and the intake was easy on the stomach. In fact, I found that it helped temper the fires of a late night taquito and salsa binge. This is right up the alley for those with a low THC tolerance, and seek no more than a hair’s breadth of a buzz. Sometimes that’s all you need to get in the mood for extracurricular activities as well. If you’re looking for that added spark to either get you in the mood, or keep you in that mood, the Kikoko Night Tincture proved to be a worthy ally. Most of all, this oil shines as the sleep aide it’s meant to be. It proves to be an easygoing and centering body buzz that could make a bed of nails seem like a night at the Four Seasons. The regular one. Not the landscaping firm.
