When Joel and Gila Dar first tasted cacao beans in their raw form, they were amazed at the rich, wild, and complex taste. They visited cocoa farms, met chocolate makers who work in different techniques and styles, and learned  how to make hand-crafted chocolate. GATAKA's chocolates are made from Camino Verde cacao and are  handcrafted in small batches with locally-sourced, full-spectrum CBD.
