These Peach Mango Nano Bites from Select injected some much needed sanity in what would have been an otherwise stressful work day. Coming in at 5mg of THC apiece, these are an effective microdosing option with no hint of anxiety or sluggishness. The taste is faithful to both peach and mango, with the latter coming in a bit heavier. These flavors also lend way to a strong cannabis flavor, and a slightly bitter aftertaste. If you don’t like tasting cannabis in your edibles, you may not enjoy these. I typically don’t like that either, but I did not mind the pungency and robustness of these full-bodied gummies. It’s a distinct flavor profile that represents both sweet and savory notes in a non-subtle way. Like a Starburst on steroids.

I consumed one 5mg Nano Bite in the morning as I arrived at work. I typically drag ass at that point, and these proved a worthy pick me up. Something to help get me in that flow state. In that regard, these can even be a nice coffee substitute, especially if you are trying to rid yourself of caffeine.
I had my second 5mg Nano Bite after lunch. This is the other time of the day I lose some steam. Just like before, it provided a sense of mental acuity and openness. Just enough to get me re-invested in a job I don’t particularly like. I’d say that alone makes this curiously strong gummy square worth its weight in gold. Functioning with a light buzz of 10mgs spread over eight hours was just enough for me to cruise through the workday in style and grace. I would not recommend that any beginners go to work high without consuming the same amount of edibles outside of work first.
The predominant sensation I had with these gummies was that of a mind opening to the world. To where I may have been more closed off at times, I found myself being more accommodating and patient with co-workers. This can only translate into a better working environment. Of course there is a fine line there. Like I alluded to before, don’t eat all the gummies and declare yourself the new CEO of Magic Town as you pretend to be an airplane. Less is more in these cases.
I would also like to say that I normally don’t get high at work, but it just so happened that on this day my office was down by the beach. So it really was a “When in Rome” kinda’ thing. I had my third and final gummy when I got home. This was less about maintaining a sense of alertness to detail and more about just unwinding and making some dinner. This last edible gauged my intentions well, and helped ease me into the evening while giving me the motivation to actually cook a meal. I also had no problems falling right asleep when all was said and done. As a hybrid, this really did tick all the boxes.

More importantly, it provided me with a focus of mind that made work a breeze and dare I say, enjoyable. The onset for all the times I sampled could not have been any longer than 20 minutes. It crept on me like a tiny ninja, and before I knew it, my attitude had shifted from that of a slightly annoyed person to that of a more compassionate one. In other words, a fully functioning member of society. I could see these coming in handy for those who are predisposed to finding themselves in a funk. And despite what is possibly a polarizing intake experience, these gummies are a safe bet to brighten your day and help you get through the grind with minimal friction.
